Vietnamese Ceremony
Our wonderful day began with family and friends attending a traditional Vietnamese ceremony at the bride's parents' home. When you view the following pictures, you will notice the Vietnamese ladies wearing traditional ao dai dresses. Once the bride and groom were formally introduced, all attendees were introduced as well. Finally, a tea ceremony commenced, and attendees enjoyed a light lunch before heading to the church for the wedding ceremony.

Wedding Ceremony
Next, the wedding ceremony took place at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection. It was a very hot day, and the air conditioning wasn't working! As guests persevered, Father Marvin Bowers proceeded with delivering a very touching and meaningful ceremony. There weren't many dry eyes in the church that day!

Reception
Immediately following the ceremony, the wedding party and guests headed over to the Granite Bay Golf Club for the reception. Here, the usual activities occurred - photos were taken, toasts were made, the cake was cut, and of course - lots of dancing! It was a wonderful end to a magnificent day.
